Harmony Meadows’ tranquil, secluded property lies in a valley surrounded by apple orchards and is highlighted by equestrian themed facilities and majestic views of the Navarres, part of the Cascade mountains high above beautiful Lake Chelan.
This intimate setting seems like a world away but is just a mile from the shores of North America’s third deepest lake and its many activities including wine tasting, water sports, golfing, and biking.
We pride ourselves on being one of the most elegant facilities in Central Washington, with twelve acres of grounds, a 6,000 square foot event hall, bridal cottage, and multiple outdoor ceremony sites. Our creativity combined with your vision, will assist you in planning every detail of your special event whether a rehearsal dinner, wedding party, quinceañeras, corporate event or reception.
Owners, Jacquelyn and Jeremy Jaech have lovingly rehabilitated the property to attract and introduce others to this charming gem tucked in the cascade mountains. Their hope is to be an economic driver for the community by creating a compelling tennis destination for tourism and an educational and community resource for local residents.
Whether a wedding, party, corporate event or workshop, Harmony Meadows offers you a truly unique tranquil setting with majestic views surrounding the property. Its multiple sites can be selected to accommodate your specific needs.
Harmony Meadows is developing a world-class tennis destination resort, with four indoor courts and eight outdoor courts nestled in the valley among apple orchards and the eastern slopes of the Cascade mountains. The tennis facility will host tournaments, adult camps, junior camps, and provide instruction for individuals and groups.
Harmony Meadows is developing a micro-brewery in partnership with One Brewing, a company affiliated with One Wines. One Wines is an award-winning winery and has been experimenting with beer production for the last few years. One Brewing will begin producing a micro-brew in the Pilsner style in Spring 2017 at our facility, and we are excited to see the result. The brewery will offer beer tasting along with wine tasting for One Wines.
The siding is nearly done on the brewery. And spring may finally be here, which means we are almost ready to re-start the prep work for the outdoor tennis courts. That project has been stalled since early December with all the snow and freezing temperatures we've had this year. Now we are just waiting for the county to allow heavy trucks back on the roads so we can start hauling rock and dirt again.
Preparing for the outdoor tennis courts. We had to excavate two feet of organic soil, put down fabric, and nine inches of quarry spalls. Next we add 18 inches of sandy soil ("pit run") followed by two inches of sand and a six-inch post-tensioned concrete slab. This is what happens when you build over a lake bed
